Darrell Craig Inscore

Mr. Darrell Craig Inscore, 69, of Mt. Airy, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, December 5, 2022.  He was born in Surry County, February 10, 1953, to the late Clyde Elmer and Lettie Marie Reynolds Inscore.  Mr. Inscore faithfully attended the Bridge Church and was employed by Piedmont Automation.  He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela Harris Inscore; sons and daughters-in-law, Nicholas Craig and Dorothy Inscore and Michael Todd and Leah Inscore; stepdaughters and sons-in-law, Kristi and Rev. Johnathan Whichard, Shalon and Rev. Josh Jarrell; grandchildren, Peyton, Spencer, Fisher, Basin, John Marc, Moriah, Jensen, Joshua, and Caleb; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Rhonda Slayton; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ricky Inscore, Jeff and Debbie Inscore, and Scott and Sharon Inscore; and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Inscore was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Robert Slayton.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, December 12, 2022, at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Whichard, Rev. Johnathan Whichard, and Rev. Josh Jarrell officiating.  Burial will follow at the Noonkester Family Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Monday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
