David Allen Holbrook

Mr. David Allen Holbrook, age 57, of Elkin, passed away Monday, July 21, 2020, at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born September 27, 1962 in Alleghany County to the late Ivazell Sidden Holbrook and Sonny Holbrook. Mr. Holbrook was a member of Bible Assembly Baptist Church.  Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 38 years, Karen Bryant Holbrook; wonderfully blessed son and daughter-in-law, Michael Allen and Jessica Holbrook; grandson, Harlan Holbrook; step-grandchildren, Corey Williams and Emma Williams; sister and brother-in-law, Pam and Ricky Norman; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Lib and Dr. Willie Bryant; special aunt and uncle, Martha and Allen Holcomb; many nieces and nephews and friend, Megan Holbrook. Visitation will be Thursday, July 23, 2020 from 1:00-2:00 pm at Bible Assembly Baptist Church, 2003 CC Camp Road, Elkin NC 28621. A service will follow at 2:00 pm at the church with Dr. Willie Bryant officiating. Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson is serving the Holbrook family.
