David Money

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Money of State Road, NC on August 6, 2021, at the age of 65. Born to Grady and Hazel Money in 1955. David was a hardworking man who loved his family. He was generous and always willing to lend a helping hand. An avid deer hunter and lover of the game of golf. He had recently retired from PVH and was spending his days helping to run the family shop, Bon Bons, raising English and French bulldogs, and making plans for his next vacation adventures.

He will be greatly missed by his wife Linda Money; daughters and son-in-in law, Diane Robida, Lynn and Rex Baker, Wendy Perry; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild: and his mother Hazel Money.
A celebration of David’s life will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson, NC, with burial to follow in the family cemetery. Rev. Danny Royal will officiate the services. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
