Deborah Diane Lawson Law

Mrs. Deborah Diane Lawson Law, 59, of East Pine Street, Mount Airy, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2013, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. Mrs. Law was born July 24, 1953, in Forsyth County, to the late Floyd and Maude Gravely Lawson. She was last employed at Renfro Corporation and was a member of Indian Grove Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Larry Law of the home; a son, Chris Law and his fiance, Lisa Miller, of Rural Hall; a grandbaby, Emily Diane Law of Rural Hall; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Anna and Jim Oliver and Gail and Wallace Wilson, all of Mount Airy; a brother, Kenneth Lawson of Mount Airy; and a special friend, Brandi Lawson of Mount Airy. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Law was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Deathrage and Elaine Beck; and two brothers, Wayne Lawson and Marshall "Frank" Lawson. The funeral service will be held Monday, April 15, 2013, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy, with the Rev. Tommy Floyd, Dr. Craig Edwards, and Brother Ken Aman officiating. Burial will follow in the Indian Grove Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 7:00 until 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
