Deborah Reynolds Wall

Mrs. Deborah Reynolds Wall, 65, of 2637 Ararat Road, Ararat, passed away Friday evening, May 20, 2016, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. Mrs. Wall was born March 11, 1951, in Surry County, the daughter of the late Garnett Reynolds and Ollie Clementine Thomas Crigger. Deborah was a certified nursing assistant at Central Continuing Care for many years and a member of Anchored in Jesus Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Howard Ott Wall of the home; two daughters and a son-in-law, Donna Wiles and Dana and David Bowman, all of Ararat; a son, David Wall of Ararat; five grandchildren, Joshua Hembree of Lowgap, Sarah Wall and Tyler Monday, both of Mount Airy, Matthew Wall of Siloam, and Luke Wall of Ararat; and two brothers and a sister-in-law, Mitchell Reynolds of Mount Airy and Rodney and Karen Thomas of Colorado Springs, CO. The funeral service will be held Monday, May 23, 2016, at 2:00 PM at Anchored in Jesus Baptist Church, with the Rev. Larry Stone officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 12:30 until 2:00 PM at Anchored in Jesus Baptist Church. The family wishes to express their gratitude for the love and compassion shown by the staff at Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care, their church family at Anchored in Jesus Baptist Church, and all her friends and family.
