Debra Sue Cockram Perdue

Mrs. Debra Sue Cockram Perdue, age 60 of Stuart, passed away Saturday, August 17, 2024, at her home. She was born in Martinsville, VA on December 27, 1963, to the late E. Bernard Bowles and Revie Virginia Deal. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Perdue was preceded in death by a brother, Leon Cockram. She will be lovingly remembered an amazing mother, hard-worker, and having a sense of humor. During her life, Debra had a special place in her heart for dogs. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Debra is survived by an ex-husband, James Perdue of Stuart; sons and daughters-in-law, Gerald Perdue (Jennifer) of Patrick Springs, VA, Joshua Perdue (Heather) of Stuart, VA; a daughter and son-in-law, Ashley Perdue (Marquise Nowlin) of Stuart; grandchildren, Angela Overby, Wesley Catron, Aalyah Perdue, Megan Perdue, Christian Johnston, Dilana Nowlin, Brennen Fox, Autumn Preeman, Leela Perdue, and Riley Perdue; two siblings, Teresa Wagoner and Ronnie Cockram; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
