Destiny Ann Conlon

Baby Destiny Ann Conlon, 3 months old, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2011, at her home. Baby Conlon was born October 1, 2010, in Forsyth County, to Christopher Stephen and Kelly Nichole Nixon Conlon. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Gina RosaLee Nixon of the home; her maternal grandmother, Gina Nixon; her paternal grandmother, Nancy Linville; her great-grandparents, Leroy Linville, Mary Edwards, and Rosey Nixon; and four aunts, Heather Nixon, Eden Spencer, Deanna Spencer, and Wendi Conlon Pickel. Baby Conlon was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Paul Conlon. The funeral service will be held Thursday, January 13, 2011, at 2:00 PM at Pine Ridge Baptist Church, with the Rev. Johnny Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:30 until 2:00 PM at the church. Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy is serving the family.
