Donald Milton Bryant

Mr. Donald Milton Bryant, 78, of Mt. Airy, formerly of Pinnacle passed away Monday, June 27, 2022, at Surry Community Health and Rehabilitation in Mt. Airy.  He was born in Cumberland County, VA, May 23, 1944, to the late Sanford Ray Bryant and Lessie Simmons Bryant.  Don was a special person, touching many people’s lives.  He loved his family and people in general.  He was a kind and loving individual that never in his life did anything to harm or disrespect anyone.  He was deeply loved by everyone and will be missed by all who knew him.  No one will ever replace him.  He is survived by a sister Janie Jones of Pinnacle; brothers and sisters-in-law, Arthur and Becky Bryant of Stokesdale, Bobby Dean and Mildred Bryant Pinnacle, and Gloria Bryant of Pinnacle; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Bryant was preceded in death by brothers, Charles Ray Bryant and Roger Kimble Bryant.  A funeral service will be held at 3:30 PM, Friday, July 1, 2022, at Simmons Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Darius C. Collins officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the church on Friday from 2:00 until 3:30 PM.  Flowers will be accepted, or memorial contributions may be made to Simmons Grove Baptist Church, 443 Simmons Grove Church Road, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041.  Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
