Donald Gray McBride

Mr. Donald Gray McBride, 68, of Mt. Airy passed away Monday, December 17, 2018 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem.  Mr. McBride was born in Patrick County on September 8, 1950 to Ruth Lennis Duncan McBride and the late Leonard Arthur McBride.  In addition to his mother Mr. McBride is survived by sisters, Peggy Brown, and Lucille Helms; a brother and sister-in-law, William and Sally McBride, many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his father Mr. McBride was preceded in death by a brother, Joe McBride; brothers-in-law, Daniel Brown, and Fred Helms.  A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Watson officiating.  Burial will follow in the McBride Family Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:30 until 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
