Donald Jack Quesinberry

Mr. Donald Jack Quesinberry age 72 of Boone, NC, formerly of Mount Airy, passed away on Monday, September 15, 2008 at the Appalachian Regional Medical Center in Boone. Mr. Quesinberry was born in Surry County on April 23, 1936, son of the late Harry F. Quesinberry and Carrie Boyd Quesinberry. Surviving are a brother, Harry Lee Quesinberry of Mount Airy; nieces and spouses, Debbie and Ronnie Hutchins of Mount Airy, Delores and Roger Hill of Mount Airy, Donna and David Tolbert of Pilot Mtn., Sandra Vernon of Mount Airy, Judy and Billy Ray Hiatt of Mount Airy and Brenda Quesinberry of Illinois; nephews and spouses, Joey and Jamie Martin of Mount Airy, Danny and Michelle Martin of Pfafftown and F.A. and Joanne Martin of Hickory; sister-in-law, Myrtle Quesinberry of Mount Airy and a brother-in-law, Carlos Vernon of Mount Airy. In addition to his parents Mr. Quesinberry was preceded in death by three sisters, Estelle Jessup, Audrey Vernon and Betty Martin and two brothers, Thomas Quesinberry and Garnet Quesinberry. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September, 17, 2008 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel at 4:00 PM. The service will be conducted by Rev. Todd Byrd with burial to follow in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Moody Funeral Home on Wednesday from 3:00 to the time of the service.
