Donald Lee Seats

Mr. Donald Lee Seats, 66, of Pilot Mountain passed away Sunday, July 31, 2022, at Johnston Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA.  He was born in Yadkin County on June 13, 1956, to the late Robert Nathaniel and Nellie Plowman Seats.  Mr. Seats was a retired master mechanic from Scenic Ford and a farmer.  He will be dearly missed by all his family and many friends.  He is survived by his wife, Shelby Jean Seats; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Michelle Seats; stepdaughter, Kristine Webb; grandchild, Kylee Seats; step-grandchildren, Phinnix Marten, Hudson Marten, and Indy Martens; sister and brother-in-law, Freida and Donnie Lashmit; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronnie and Clem Seats, Darrell and Irina Seats; nephews, Eric Seats, Olin Seats, Nathan Groce, and Todd Patterson.  A funeral service will be held Friday, August 5, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Pastor Scott Welch. Burial will follow in Skyline Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
