Donald Ray Sizemore

Mr. Donald Ray Sizemore, 70, of Mt. Airy, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at Northern Regional Hospital in Mt. Airy.  He was born on November 22, 1951, in Forsyth County to the late Robert Edwin and Ruby Kathleen Hardy Sizemore.  Mr. Sizemore was a retired Machine Operator for Insteel Industries, and a member of Northside Baptist Church.  He is survived by his loving wife, Lou Burke Watson Sizemore; daughters and sons-in-law, Beverly and Greg Ratcliff, Lou Anne and Dean Hunter, Gloria Watson; sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Mary Watson, Travis Sizemore, David and Amanda Sizemore, Kenneth Watson; sixteen grandchildren; many great grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve and Rita Sizemore, Rev, Robbie and Tammy Sizemore, Bobby Sizemore; many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Sizemore was preceded in death by a grandson, David Wayne Sizemore, II; a brother and sister-in-law, Gerry and Shelia Sizemore; his grandmother, Roxie Hardy.  A graveside service will be held Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Indian Grove Community Cemetery with the Rev. Robbie Sizemore officiating.  The family will receive friends Tuesday from 12:00 until 1:30 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
