Donald Gray "Sam" Sizemore

Mr. Donald Gray “Sam” Sizemore, age 78, of Dobson, NC passed away at his home on Saturday evening August 7, 2021. He was born in Yadkin County on August 7, 1943, to the late Roy Greene Sizemore and to Clara Mae Hutchins Sizemore. He was a disabled Machine Operator. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy Ray Sizemore, and Roy Roger Sizemore. Surviving is his wife, Gray Dell “Gray” Mouncus Sizemore; two daughters, Patricia Sizemore, and Karen Sizemore; grandchildren, Dustin Steele, Eric and Anastasiya Steele, Matthew and Laken Lowe, Jeffrey Lowe; great-grandchildren, Aria Steele, Aidan Steele, Alice Steele, Phillip Steele, Gabriel Steele, Noah Steele, River Lowe; sister Betty McCann. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Friday August 13, 2021, in the Chapel of Moody-Davis Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday one hour before the memorial service. Moody-Davis Funeral Home is serving the Sizemore family.
