Donna Kay Ferguson Easter

Mrs. Donna Kay Ferguson Easter, 55, of 835 Clyde Hayes Road, Lowgap, passed away Saturday morning, May 1, 2010, at her home. Mrs. Easter was born March 27, 1955, in Surry County, daughter of Donald and Leathy Collins Ferguson. She was a homemaker and attended Mount Zion Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Denny Milas Easter of the home; two daughters, Angela Easter of Pilot Mountain and Janet Easter-Martin of Mount Airy; her parents, Donald and Leathy Collins Ferguson of Ararat; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Melissa and Mike Hale of Mount Airy and Rebecca and Darian Johnson of Dobson; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Darrell and Lisa Ferguson of Ararat and Mark and Lisa Ferguson of Mount Airy; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held Monday, May 3, 2010, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy, with the Rev. Larry Crouse and the Rev. Robbie Vance officiating. Burial will follow at Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
