Donna Faye Chandler Beal

Mrs. Donna Faye Chandler Beal, age 75, of Hillsville, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at The Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 9, 1948, in Surry County, to the late Milton Chandler and the late Jessie Marie Crissman Chandler. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Hassie Utt; and her brothers, Dennis Chandler, Jack Chandler, Ralph Chandler, and Wayne Chandler.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband Edwin Dean Beal; daughters, Dawn White Lyman and husband, Scott, Fawn Michele Shaw, and Crystal Hill and husband, Justin; her son Christopher S. Pipinos and wife, Tracie; grandchildren, Brittany Lyman, Kelsey King, Madison Shaw, Chandler Shaw, Caleb Shaw, Jonathan Pipinos, Justin Pipinos, Coey Pipinos, John Daniel Gates, and Sadie “Spider Girl” Jarrells; eleven great grandchildren; Skylar, Bryhlee, Zaylah, Kenley, Colin, Holston, Dawson, Asher, Alora, Emmett, and Jett. 

Special friends of sixty years, Mary Sue and Andy Dawson.

Mrs. Beal was the best mother, mema, and wife in the world. Visitation will be Saturday May 11, 2024, from 1:00-2:00 PM at The Community Church, 280 O’Neal Road, Mount Airy NC 27030. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM, in the church, with Rev. Howard Nester and Rev. Davis Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to The Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson NC 27017. Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson is serving the Beal family.
