Donna Faythe Newman

Mrs. Donna Faythe Newman, 57, of Mt. Airy passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at Northern Regional Hospital in Mt. Airy. She was born in Surry County on September 3, 1963, to the late Roger and Cassie Mae Hardy Newman. Mrs. Newman was a loving homemaker who will be dearly missed. she is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Newman; a son, Jason Newman; a grandchild, Alexander Newman; sisters and brother-in-law, Lunell and Gary Bowman, Phyllis Wood, Debra Everhart, Tammy O’Brian; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Mrs. Newman was preceded in death by a grandchild, Caitlin Newman; sisters, Fayth Newman, Joy Doub, Glenda Melton, Betty Marofi, and Bonnie Newman; brothers, Roger Newman, and James Newman. A graveside service will be held Monday, August 16, 202, at 11:00 AM at Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday from 9:30 until 10:30 AM at Moody Funeral home in Mt. Airy.
