Donna Jean Wall Stiltner

Ms. Donna Jean Wall Stiltner, 47, of Ararat, NC, died Wednesday morning, February 18, 2009, at Northern Hospital of Surry County, after a short battle of pancreatic cancer. She was born April 16, 1961, in Surry County, to the late Bobby Ray Wall and to Barbara Collins Wall. Surviving are her mother, Barbara Collins Wall of Ararat, NC; a son, Joshua Matthew Stiltner of Kernersville; a sister and brother-in-law, Vonda and Dean Rogers of Ararat, NC; and two nieces, Shaylee and Chancey Rogers. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, February 20, 2009, in the vhapel of Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson, with burial to follow in the Old Pine Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Clayton Tilley will conduct the services. The family will receive friends at Moody-Davis Funeral Home one hour before the services. Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care, 401 Technology Lane, Suite 200, Mount Airy, NC 27030. The family would like to give a special thanks to Gail McCreary, RN, Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care, Piedmont Hematology and Oncology (Mount Airy division) and to Med-Surg Staff of Northern Hospital of Surry County.
