Dorothy Pauline Biggs Martin

Mrs. Dorothy Pauline Biggs Martin, age 77, of Stuart, Virginia departed this earthly life on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at Blue Ridge Therapy Connection in Stuart. She was born in Patrick County on December 11, 1944, to the late John Wesley Biggs and Sarah Elsie Greenwood Biggs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, William Leon Martin; five siblings, Junior Biggs, James Biggs, Herbert Biggs, Myrtle Biggs, and Garland Biggs. Mrs. Martin was a loving wife, mother, Nanny, Granny, sister, and friend. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, and listening to her music. Pauline had a “green thumb” with plants and loved her doggies and kitties. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Mrs. Martin is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Jeff Martin (Dianne) of Stuart, Virginia; one daughter, Renee Martin Thompson (Stan Foley) of Stuart, Virginia; four grandchildren, Courtney Martin (Thomas Hensley), Nick Martin (Kelly Chandler), Kaelyn Thompson (Grayson Trogdon), Dylan Thompson (Lexie Berrier), all of Stuart, Virginia; four siblings, Catherine Harris of Stuart, Virginia, Madglene Lewis of Fitzgerald, Georgia, Bobby Biggs of Fitzgerald, Georgia, and Faye Pack (Bruce) of Stuart, Virginia; several nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
