Eddie Joe Flippin

         Mr. Eddie Joe Flippin, age 62 of Stuart, passed away Monday, January 11, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.  He was born in Patrick County on June 11, 1958 to the late Andy Jesse Flippin and Lula Mae Bingman Flippin.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Lou Flippin; and two brothers, Kenneth Ray Flippin and Junior Andy Flippin.  Eddie was a member of True Gospel Baptist Church.

         Surviving is three sisters and brothers-in-law, Bonnie and Rufus Lawson, Shelby and George Hall, Linda and Gary Quesenberry; one brother, Billy Wayne Flippin; and several nieces and nephews.

         A graveside service will be held Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Stateline Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor J.R. Shelton officiating.  Online condolences may be sent to www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
