Eddie Dowell Johnson

Mr. Eddie Dowell Johnson, 62 of Pinnacle, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday afternoon December 23, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Johnson was born on July 28, 1953 in Surry County to the late Joseph Clyde Johnson and Loredith Mae Taylor Johnson. Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Virginia Johnson of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Kristie Marion Black and Jimmie; two sons, Adam Corey Johnson and Joey Tate; grandchildren, Nicholas Ray Black, Kayla Black, Milenna Quinn Keener-Johnson, and Jessica Tate; one great-grandchild; two sisters and brothers in law, Paula and Kenneth Walker, and Portia and Jeff Tate; two brothers and sisters in law, Tony and Debbie Johnson, and Daron and Petra Johnson; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy on Monday, December 28, 2015 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Ken Marshall officiating with burial to follow in Skyline Memorial Gardens.
