Eddie Lee Rose

Mr. Eddie Lee Rose, age 56 of Dobson passed away at his home unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 31, 2007. He was born in Alleghany County August 23, 1950 to the late Greek Rose and to Blanche Taylor Rose. He was retired from the N.C. Forestry Service. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a sister Donna Myers. Surviving are his daughter and son-in-law Janice and Shane Ayers of Winston Salem; by two grandson's; Dylan Royall, and Tate Ayers; his Mother Blanche Taylor Rose of Yadkinville; a sister and brother-in-law Linda and Dale Williams of Yadkinville; a brother Carl Rose of Claremont, four nieces and three nephews.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, February 3, 2007 at Cross Roads Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Dobson City Cemetery. Rev. Alton Bledsoe will officiate the services. The family will receive friends at Cross Roads Baptist Church on Saturday from 12:30 PM until time of the service at 2 PM. Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson is serving the Rose Family.
