Edgar Franklin Snow

Mr. Edgar Franklin Snow age 63 of 1559 Old Lowgap Road, Lowgap, NC passed away Friday, May 10, 2013 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. He was born July 4, 1949 in Surry County to the late Edgar Austin and Ethel Mae Holder Snow. He was employed by Pepsi Cola Bottlers for 27 years. He was a member of Round Peak Masonic Lodge #616 and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law; Jessica Snow Dixon and husband, Todd, Belews Creek, and a son; Josh Snow of Wilmington, and the mother of his children, Kathy Dennehy, Davidson, a grandaughter, Ella Reece Dixon, Belews Creek, a brother and sister-in-law, Richard Snow and wife, Pat, Winston-Salem, three nieces, Cydney Snow, Winston-Salem, Emily Snow, Greensboro and Hilary Snow Wilmington. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, May 13, 2013 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Alton Bledsoe. Burial will follow in the Ivy Green Baptist Church Cemetery. Full Masonic Burial Rites will be conducted at the graveside by Round Peak Masonic Lodge #616 AF&AM. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Sunday at Moody Funeral Home.
