Edna Louise Riley Nunn

Mrs. Edna Louise Riley Nunn, age 35 of Mt. Airy, wife of Mark Nunn passed away Sunday, February 4, 2007 at her home. Mrs. Nunn was born in Alleghany County, September 1, 1971 to Norman Riley and the late Lucille Hash Riley. She was a loving mother, and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Mark Nunn of the home; a daughter, Ashley Nicole Nunn; a son, John David Nunn both of the home; her father, Norman Riley of Bluefield, WV; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathy and Gary Keen of Tazewell, VA; Rae and C. T. Conduff of Wytheville, VA; Susie and Billy Hawks of Galax, VA; brothers and sister-in-law, Butch and Vickie Riley of Galax, VA; Charlie Riley of Bluefield, WV; four nieces and five nephews. In addition to her mother, Mrs. Nunn was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Blye and Sarah Lou Hash. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 9, 2007 at Oak Grove Baptist Church with services conducted by Rev. Wesley Boyles and Rev. Jack Anderson. Burial will follow in Potato Creek Cemetery in Mouth of Wilson. The family will receive friends Thursday night from 7:00 to 9:00 at Oak Grove Baptist Church 272 Oak Grove Church Rd. Mt. Airy, NC.
