Ella "Alice" Seal Cave

Mrs. Ella “Alice” Seal Cave, 82, of Dobson passed away Friday, November 24, 2017, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. She was born in Surry County on March 8, 1935 to Oscar and Della Jane Jones Seal. Mrs. Cave was a member of Central View Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be dearly missed by all her family and friends. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Danny Cave and Karen; grandchildren and spouses, Rebecca Duffin and Daniel, Stephanie Walton and Rob; great grandchildren, William Duffin, Graeme Duffin, and Alice Walton; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cave was preceded in death by her husband, Elwood Jackson Cave; a sister, Frances Hodges, and brothers Clarence, Roy, Arnold, and Dean Seal. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 27, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Central View Baptist Church, with Dr. Rick Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday night from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.
