Elmer Lee Helmick, Jr.

              Mr. Elmer Lee Helmick, Jr., age 65 of Stuart, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2022, at his home.  He was born in Maryland on March 11, 1957, to the late Elmer Lee Helmick, Sr. and Phyllis Stipic Helmick.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Brian Helmick.  Elmer was a retired truck driver.  He loved playing cards, fishing, and eating crab.

          Surviving is his wife of 48 years, Eileen Mitchell Helmick of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Alicia and Michael Womer, Jr; three grandchildren, Myah Womer, Michael Womer, III, Leah Womer; four sisters, Linda Jordan, Debbie Bueno, Patty Johnson, Cindy Singleton; one brother, Gary Helmick; and several nieces and nephews.
