Ennis Albert Hodges

Mr. Ennis Albert Hodges, age 58, of Lowgap, passed away on Friday, May 31, 2019 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.  He was born in Surry County on February 8, 1961 to Marie Brown Hodges Edwards and the late James Albert Hodges.  He was a loving father and grandfather who will surely be missed by all who knew him.  Left to cherish his memories are a daughter and son-in-law, Heather and Pete Trexler; grandchildren, Whitney Cordova, Cecilia Cordova, Juan Cordova; great-grandchildren, Andre and Alessandro Cordova; mother, Marie Brown Hodges Edwards; sisters, Betty Shores, Charlotte Crabb and Karen Bowman.  In addition to his father Mr. Hodges was preceded in death by brothers, Eric and Ivan Hodges.  A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 in State Road Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with services conducted by Rev. Joe Billings.  The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6-8 pm at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy
