Estle "Buck" Melvin Bolen

Mr. Estle Melvin "Buck" Bolen, age 65 of Mt. Airy, passed away Monday, November 28, 2011 at his home. Mr. Bolen was born in Raleigh County, WV on December 31, 1945 to the late Melvin W. and Lena Marie Meadows Bolen. He was a loving father and brother who will be dearly missed by his devoted son and brother. Surviving is a son and daughter-in-law, Shane and Ashley Champ of Mt. Airy; Cory Bolen and Matthew Bolen both of Winston-Salem; daughters and a son-in-law, Heather and Jamie Bean of West Virginia and Lynn Rickmond of Winston-Salem; one grandchild; brothers and sisters-in-law, Gilbert and Shirley Bolen of Mt. Airy and Earnest and Shirley Bolen of Lincolnton and a twin sister, Ester Campbell also of Lincolnton. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 1, 2011 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Raleigh "Dink" Haynes and Gilbert Bolen. The family will receive friends Wednesday night from 6:00 to 8:00 at the funeral home.
