Mrs. Eva O'Neal Fulk, age 93 of Winston-Salem, widow of Mr. Enoch Wilson Fulk and formerly of Mt. Airy; passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. Mrs. Fulk was born in Surry County, January 9, 1914 to Fate and Nancy Doss O'Neal. She was a member of Grace Moravian Church and was a homemaker. Surviving are a daughter, Linda F. Brizendine, Fredericksburg, VA, a son and daughter-in-law, Raymond O. and Virginia A. Fulk., Winston-Salem, NC, 3 grandchildren and husbands, Debbie and David Robertson, Spruce Pine, NC, Renee and Brian Haynes, Summerfield, NC, and Neal Fulk, Phoenix, AZ, two step grandchildren, Jeff Cannon, Hampton, VA and David Cannon, Nashville, TN, 3 great grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren, two sisters, Vada Carly, Winston-Salem, N.C., Mrs. Ruby Foster, Newport News, VA, a brother, John O'Neal, Mt. Airy, NC. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Fulk was preceded in death by a sister, Elena Belton and a brother, J.C. (Curley) O'Neal. Funeral services will be held 8:00 PM Friday night at Moody Funeral Home of Mt. Airy conducted by Rev. Jeff Cannon. Burial will follow later in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7-8 PM Friday at Moody Funeral Home of Mt. Airy. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Moravian Church or to The Eye Clinic of the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.
