Frances Ann Joyce

Ms. Frances Ann Joyce, age 75, of Pinnacle, passed away Friday, December 30, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Surry County on January 23, 1947, to the late Radford and Viola Hicks.  She is survived by her daughter’s, Robin Vickers, Tonya and husband Dean Lawson, one son, Timothy Goins.  She is also survived by her adorable grandkids; Andrew Vickers and wife Eden, Roger Vickers, Anthony Goins, Amber Zarro and husband Matt, Tamara Lawson and fiancé Andrew, Autumn McMillian and husband Samuel.  Also surviving are great grandkids; Addison Goins, Lucas Vickers, Charlotte Zarro, Levi McMillian, and Lylah Vickers.  Ms. Joyce cherished the fond memories of the time she could spend with her family and especially her grandkids and great grandkids.  In addition to her husband Jimmy Joyce, Ms. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents.  A funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at 2PM, at Mount Zion United Methodist Church, in Pinnacle NC, with Bro. Junior Hicks officating.  Family will receive friends, Monday January 2, 2023, 6:00 to 8:00 PM, at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.  Flowers will be accepted, or memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice.  The family would like to express their sincere gratitude for all the prayers and support during this time of loss.
