Frances Annette Darrh

Mrs. Frances Annette Darrh age 69, of 173 Alexander Lane, Mt. Airy, NC widow of Mr. Floyd J. Darrh passed away Sunday, December 30, 2007 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. She was born March 21, 1938 in Gastonia, NC to the late Carl Maurice Baber, Jr. and Emily Estelle Welch Baber She was a member of First Baptist Church and was a retired from Skyline Memory Gardens. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Carla and Larry Collins, Ft. Walton, FL, three sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Cathy Darrh, Boaz, AL, Jim and Jeannie Darrh, Jacksonville, FL, and Mike and Donna Darrh, Mt. Airy, NC, nine grandchildren, Tiffany Darrh, Jimmy Darrh, Corey Darrh, Cameron Darrh, Chance Darrh, Brianna Darrh, Nicholas Darrh, Andy Collins and Tosha Collins, four great grandchildren, a sister and brother-in-law, Joy and Blaine Davis, Roanoke, VA, two brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Becky Baber, Silver Spring, MD, and Carl and Jean Baber, Mt. Holly, NC. Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Wednesday, January 1, 2008 at First Baptist Church of Mt. Airy conducted by Dr. Roger Gilbert. Burial will follow in Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 10:30 AM Wednesday until the hour of the service at First Baptist Church of Mt. Airy where her body will remain until the hour of the service.
