Frances Pauline Dixon

Mrs. Frances Pauline Overby Dixon, 78, of Cana, VA, passed away Friday, July 27, 2018 at her home.  She was born in Stokes County on September 30, 1939 to the late Hobert and Lillie Martin Overby.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.  Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Bobby Lee Dixon of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Carissa Stone; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and a sister Helen George. In addition to her parents Mrs. Dixon was preceded in death by a son, Terry Stone.  A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 30, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mt Airy with services conducted by Rev. Mark George.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until time for the service at Moody Funeral Home in Mt Airy.
