Frances Ann Pilgrim

Ms. Frances Ann Pilgrim, age 73, of Mt. Airy, NC passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2020, at Forsyth Medical Center in Forsyth County.  She was born in Surry County on May 11, 1946, to the late Amos Pilgrim and the late Media Cockerham Lowe.  She was a retired seamstress and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Brandy Gammons; grandson, Trevor Gammons; sisters, Barbara Hawks, and Judy Holt, brother, Paul Pilgrim.   Surviving is her two daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Allen White, Mandy and Shane Williams; sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Robin Gammons, Jamie and Haley Gammons; grandchildren, Brandon Gammons, Joanna, and Wesley Amato, Jr. Kayla Gammons, Megan Gammons, Courtney, and Brian Ore, Devin Gammons, Falisaty and Sidney Simpson, Luke Ramey, Madison Angel; great-grandchild, Jackson Gammons, and two on the way; sister, Diane Pilgrim Willard.  Due to the limitations of numbers for public gatherings at this time (COVID-19), Private Graveside services will be held.  Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson is serving the Pilgrim family.
