Frances Lee "Flee" Sydnor Toler

Mrs. Frances Lee "Flee" Sydnor Toler, 82, of 236 Ararat Longhill Road, Pilot Mountain, widow of Frank G. Toler, Jr., passed away Monday, May 26, 2008, at her home. Mrs. Toler was born January 16, 1926, in Surry County, to the late William Lee and Carma George Sydnor. She was a homemaker and a member of Flat Rock Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters and a son-in-law, Candy T. Rattie of Clovis, NM, and Carma T. and Bob Corriher of Pilot Mountain, with whom she had made her home for 13 ½ years; a brother and sister-in-law, William Granville and Lucy Sydnor; a sister and brother-in-law, Shirley S. and Jack Cox; grandchildren and spouses, Cissy and Greg Pipkin of Prosper, TX, Sydnor and Kevin Collins of Clovis, NM, Lee and Tony Anders of Pilot Mountain, and Bradley and Tonya Golding of Mouny Airy; great-grandchildren, Dalton, Dylan, and Logan Pipkin, all of Prosper, TX, Chayton Collins of Clovis, NM, Mercedes, Jade, and Chase Anders, all of Pilot Mountain, and Kendall Golding of Mouny Airy; four stepgrandchildren, Gary, Robin, and Chuck Corriher of Winston-Salem and Pam Bowling of Carnation, WA; two great-stepgrandchildren, Sara Corriher and Natasha Collins; and several nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly. A memorial service will be held Friday May 30, 2008, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy, with the Rev. Todd E. Byrd officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the funeral home. The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to her wonderful caregiver, Juanita East; Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care, especially Flannery Heath, Rev. Todd E.
