Mrs. Freida Ann Tate Duncan, age 61, of Mt. Airy passed away on January 17, 2012 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC. She was born September 14, 1950 in Carroll County to the late Eugene Tate and Margie Hawks Tate. She is survived by her loving Children, Lisa Ann Duncan Clingenpeel, Joseph Lee Eugene Junior Duncan, Benjamin Matthew Duncan, Angela Marie Deliah Marion, Maryanne Duncan, Joshua Adam Duncan, and Sabrina Noel Duncan Easter; Four sons-in-law Eric Tate, Joe Marion, Cain Lopez, and Chris Easter; one daughter in-law Caryn Duncan; Twenty grandchildren, Jeremy, Andrea, R.J. and Ryan Clingenpeel, Jo Jo, Shelia, Austin, and J.T. Duncan, Nicholos, Maison, and Isaiah Duncan; John, and Audry Marion, Brittany J. Modesto and Marilu, Tavo Destiny Aguilar, Nicholai Duncan, Cheyenne, and Isabel Easter; one great grandchild on the way in June 2012; three brother’s Roger, Jessie, and Edger Tate; one sister Brenda Bowman. The family will receive family and friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturday prior the services. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday January 21, 2012, at Moody-Davis Funeral Home Chapel in Dobson with burial to follow in the Imogene Cemetery on W. Imogene Church Rd. Pastor Ken Aman and Rev. Edgar Tate will be officiating the services. The family would like to give their sincere appreciation to the Woltz Hospice Home of Dobson and Moody-Davis Funeral Home of Dobson. In lieu of flowers memorials are asked to be made to the Moody-Davis Funeral Home of Dobson.
