Geraldine Shinault

Mrs. Geraldine Senter Shinault, 76, of Mt. Airy, passed away at Surry Community Rehabilitation Center Wednesday, March 2, 2022.  She was born in Grayson County, VA, to the late Glenn Woodrow Senter and Kelly Snow Senter Easter.  Mrs. Shinault was a loving wife, wonderful mother, grandmother and sister.  She was a devoted Christian woman.  She enjoyed going to church as long as her health permitted.  She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Mack Arthur Shinault; her daughter, Rita Faye Easter; her sons and daughters-in-law, Arthur and Patricia Shinault, Robby and Sarah Shinault, and Tony Lee Shinault; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Harvey Young; and brothers,  Roy Lee and Debbie Senter, G.C. and Linda Senter, Donnie and Tammy Senter, Ricky Senter, and Bill Senter.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Shinault was preceded in death by two sons, Sammy Ray and Dempsey Gray Shinault; a brother Glenn Senter.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, March 7, 2022, at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
