Gerry Lee Sizemore

Mr. Gerry Lee Sizemore, 54, of Fancy Gap, VA passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.  He was born in Surry County on July 2, 1965 to the late Robert and Ruby Hardy Sizemore.  Mr. Sizemore worked for Bray’s Recapping Service before becoming disabled.  He is survived by daughters, Tiffany Sizemore, Jennifer Sizemore, and Stacey Sizemore; grandchildren, Mason Nichols, and Callie Nichols; brothers, Rev. Robbie and Tammy Sizemore, Donnie and Lou Sizemore, Steve and Rita Sizemore, and Bobby Sizemore; many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Sizemore was preceded in death by his wife, Sheila Faye Marion Sizemore, his parents, Robert and Ruby Hardy Sizemore; a special grandmother, Roxie “Grinny” Hardy; a sister-in-law, Brenda Joyce Sizemore.  A funeral service will be held Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robbie Sizemore officiating.  Burial will follow in the Marion Family Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 until 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
