Gracie Boyd Kincaid

Mrs. Gracie Boyd Kincaid, 75, of Mt. Airy passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson after a brief illness.  She was born in Henry County, VA, October 12, 1946, to the late Mont Dixie and Virginia Frances Thompson Boyd.  Mrs. Kincaid worked at Spencer’s and Renfro during her career and was a faithful member of Northside Baptist Church as long as her health permitted.  She was an avid dog lover, owning and pampering many dogs during her life.  She is survived by her husband of almost 58 years, Robert “Bobby” Kincaid; her sister Blanche Willis; nieces, Tammy Willis, and Debbie Spence and husband Allan; several great nieces and nephews; and a special friend, David Comstock.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kincaid was preceded in death by an infant sister Ella Mandy Boyd; and a great niece Brittany Nicole Hiatt.  A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, April 24, 2022, at Northside Baptist Church with Rev.
