Gray Lee Senter

Mr. Gray Lee Senter, 51 of Morganton, NC formerly of Mt. Airy passed away unexpectedly at his home Thursday, May 16, 2019.  He was born in Surry County May 7, 1968 to Louis Gray and Brenda Gail Stone Senter.  Mr. Senter was a kind man, a loving son, father, grandfather and brother.  He worked in sales and enjoyed strength training and exercise as long as his health permitted.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Senter will be dearly missed by his children, Dustin Senter  and wife, Megan, Michael Senter, Matthew Senter and Genesis Senter; five grandchildren, McKinlee, Axyl, Easton, Brooks and Beckyt; a sister, Cynthia Southern and husband, Samson; a brother Steven Senter and several loving nieces, nephews, cousins and wonderful friends.  A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cory Shelton officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 3:00 until 4:00 PM and at other time at the home of his parents.  In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to A Caring Alternative, 301 E.
