Gregory Allen Lester

Mr. Gregory Allen Lester, 59, of Mt. Airy passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.  He was born in Marion County, Indianapolis, Indiana on April 26, 1963, to the late Jess Lester and Priscilla England Howard.  Mr. Lester was self-employed landscaper.  He is survived by his friend, Randy Watson; brothers and sister-in-law, Rick Lester, Danny and Jennifer Howard; nieces and nephews.  A funeral service will be held Thursday, January 26, 2023, at 11:00 AM at The Salvation Army with Major Mike Rodgers officiating.  Burial will follow in The Peoples Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Thursday from 10:00 until 11:00 at the church.  Moody Funeral Services is serving the Lester family.  Online condolences may be made at www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
