Henry Richard Brandt

Mr. Henry Richard Brandt, age 50, of Mount Airy, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday evening, October 30, 2024, at his home. Mr. Brandt was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania on December 12, 1973, to Leo and Carol Brandt. Twinkie, a nickname affectionately given by his mother; was known for his goofy silliness, playing baseball as a child to fishing, fixing cars with his dad as a young man, graduated from Altoona High Class of 1991, and being a truck driver like his dad as an adult. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Surviving are his children, Henry Leo Brandt, Matthew R.I. Brandt, Jessie Layne Brandt, Mattie Rayne Brandt, Timothy James Brandt; parents, Leo and Carol Brandt; three sisters, Ginger, Diana,Elizabeth; his fiancée Yvonne Ford; along with his cherished friends and extended family. A celebration of life with be held at a later date. He will be carried in our hearts and never forgotten as he finally rests in peace. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy has been entrusted with the arrangements.
