Henry Crotts

Mr. Henry Crotts, age 74 of Cana, VA passed away at his home Saturday, September 30, 2006. Mr. Crotts was born in Carroll County, VA, April 18, 1932 to the late Carl Manuel and Clementine McMillian Crotts. He was retired from Acme Stone Company and was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Lina Ayers Crotts of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Joann and Freddie Guynn; sons and daughters-in-law, Jesse and Linda Crotts, Charles and Alice Crotts, Bobby and Elm Crotts and Michael and Donna Crotts all of Cana, VA; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sisters and brother-in-law, Lena Goad of Hillsville, VA, Lois and John Golding of Cana, VA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Charlie and Nancy Crotts of Mt. Airy, NC and Emmett and Peggy Crotts of Cana, Va; and a special nephew, Carlie Guynn of Cana, VA; Sister-in-law, Bertie McMillian of Mt. Airy, NC; brother-in-law and wife, Keith and Hallie Prillaman of Henry, VA. In addition to his parents, Mr. Crotts was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Crotts and four brothers, Arnold Crotts, Lester "Leck" Crotts John McMillian and Lee McMillian; one sister, Ella Mae Guynn. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 3, 2006 at Oak Grove Baptist Church by Rev. Tom Parker Rev. Joe Lambert, Rev. Louis Martin, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Family will receive friends Monday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 PM at Oak Grove Baptist Church and at other times at the home.
