Ina Mae Gregory

Mrs. Ina Mae Bryant Gregory, 91, of Mt. Airy passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at Northern Regional Hospital in Mt. Airy.  She was born in Surry County on March 9, 1931, to the late Marvin “Jack” and Annie Mae Lowe Bryant.  Mrs. Gregory retired from Northern Hospital of Surry County and was a faithful member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be dearly missed by all her family and many friends.  She is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Cheryl Norman and Doug, Lynn Michelle Gregory; a son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy Gregory and Sheila; grandchildren, Jamie Sardler and Scotty, Chris Gregory and Andria, Tara Eichert and Martin; seven great grandchildren; sisters and brother-in-law, Jackie Niston and Gary, Betty Lee Gough; a brother, Lester Bryant; her special pet, Sadie; many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents Mrs. Gregory was preceded in death by her husband, James Cicero Gregory; sister and brothers-in-law, Shirley Bryant and Homer, and Phillip Gough; a sister-in-law, Maggie Bryant.  A funeral service will be held Friday, April 8, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Alton Bledsoe and the Rev. Chad Hooker officiating.  Burial will follow in Skyline Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.  Flowers will be accepted, or memorial contributions may be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church, 272 Oak Grove Church Rd., Mt.
