James "Bolo" Harold Bouldin

Mr. James “Bolo” Harold Bouldin, 78, of Mt. Airy passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at SECU Hospice Center in Yadkinville.  He was born in Stokes County on January 8, 1945, to the late George and Cora Jones Bouldin.  Mr. Bouldin retired from L,K, Harold Trucking, and a faithful member of Blue Hollow Baptist Church.  He proudly served our country in the United States Air Force.  He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Gay Ables Bouldin; a daughter, Annette Wray; a son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Christy Bouldin; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brothers and sister-in-law, Larry Bouldin, Mickey and Billie Jo Bouldin; many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Bouldin was preceded in death by brothers and sisters-in-law, Sonny and Syble Bouldin, Floyd and Linda Bouldin.  A funeral service will be held Monday, April 3, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Blue Hollow Baptist Church with the Rev. Rickey Martin and the Rev. D.M. Dalton officiating.  Burial will follow in Indian Grove Family Cemetery with military honors conducted by VFW Memorial Honor Guard Post 2019 of Mt. Airy and Post 9436 of Pilot Mountain.  The family will receive friends Monday from 12:30 until 2:00 PM at the church.  Moody Funeral services in Mt.
