James Michael Hill, Sr.

Mr. James Michael Hill, Sr., age 65, of Westfield, passed away Friday, November 16, 2018, at the Woltz Hospice Home.  Mr. Hill was born in Stokes County on January 19, 1953, to James Alvin and Cora Virginia Gray Hill.  He was a loving father, grandfather and brother who will be dearly missed.  Surviving is a daughter Michele Temple; a son and daughter-in-law, Jamie and Julie Hill; grandchildren, Cayden, Carson, and Carley Hill, and Nathaniel and Andrew Temple; sisters Tammy Merritt and Ted Barbee, and Renae Harper and husband Mark; brother and sisters-in-law, Jerry and Jessie Hill, and Sandra Hill; and several nieces, nephews and dear friends.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Hill was preceded in death by a daughter, Mandy Hill; and a brother Roger Hill.  A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, November 19, 2018, at Albion Baptist Church by Rev. Ricky Easter.  The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
