Janet Holyfield Tucker

Mrs. Janet Holyfield Tucker, 67, of Pinnacle, NC  passed away Thursday, July 11, 2019 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. She was born May 1, 1952 in Surry County to the late Grover and Lizzie Stewart Holyfield. Mrs. Tucker was retired from Proctor-Silex and was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Gaylan R. Tucker of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Arron and Melissa Tucker of Cana, VA; one granddaughter, Taylor Brown and her husband, Scott of Raleigh, NC; one sister and brother-in-law, Claudine and James Quesinberry of Mount Airy; one brother and sister-in-law, Vance and Bonnie Holyfield, of Mount Airy, NC. Graveside services will be held Sunday 2:00 PM, July 14, 2019, at Rock Hill Baptist Church in Ararat, NC with Rev. Ronnie Chilton and Rev. Joe Beck officiating. The family will visit at Rock Hill Baptist Church from 1:00 PM until the hour of the graveside service.
