Jason Dean Bowman

Mr. Jason Dean Bowman, 56, of Mount Airy, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021, at Northern Regional Hospital. Mr. Bowman was born August 28, 1965, in Surry County, to the late Jackson “Jake” and Carol Horton Bowman. He was employed at Renfro Corporation in the IT department. He was a loving husband, father, and brother, who will be dearly missed by his family and many friends. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Johnson Bowman; a daughter, Jessica Bowman; two sons, Jackson Bowman and Jonathan Bowman; a brother and sister-in-law, Darren and Anita Bowman; and his stepmother, Betty Bowman. In addition to his parents, Mr. Bowman was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Bowman. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy, with the Rev. Elmo Hiatt officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
