Jazabel (Susie) Ball White

Mrs. Jazabel (Susie) Ball White age 92 of Dobson passed away on Friday October 20, 2006 at Central Continuing Care in Mt. Airy. She was born in Surry County on October 20, 1914 to the late Charlie and Blanche Holyfield Fowler, in addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Luther F. Ball and her second husband Claude White; a son-in-law Robert L. Montgomery. She was retired from the Blumenthal Jewish Home in Winston Salem, and was a member of Friendly Chapel Church. Surviving are a daughter Mildred Montgomery of Dobson; a son and daughter- in-law Forrest and Nina Ball of Walkertown; three grandchildren Robert L. Montgomery II and wife Jane of Dobson, David Ball of Walkertown, Michael Ball of Belews Creek; two great grandchildren Brittany Montgomery and Alexa Montgomery both of Dobson, Maxwell and Cydney Jean Ball of Kernersville, two step grandchildren Bobby Montgomery of Dobson, Lakey Curlee of Faith, NC; a daughter-in-law Vickie Ball of Belews Creek; a special friend Hilda Money of Stokesdale, NC. A Service of Celebration will be held 7 PM Sunday night October 22, 2006 in the chapel of Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson with burial to follow on Monday at 2:00PM Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall. The family will receive friends at Moody-Davis Funeral Home on Sunday evening from 6 to7 The Family has requested that in lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care 401 Technology Lane Suite 200, Mt.
