Jeanette Ann Ayers

Mrs. Jeanette Ann Weddell Ayers, 79 of Mount Airy passed away Monday, February1, 2021 at Northern Regional Hospital.  Mrs. Ayers was born in Carroll County, Virginia on June 3, 1941 to the late Layton H. and Onevo Shelton Weddell.  Jeanette was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.  She will be missed by all that knew her.  Left to cherish her memories are her two daughters and sons-in-law, Michele Marshall and Daniel, Karen DeKraker and Roger; one son and daughter-in-law, Juron Ayers and Cathy; grandchildren and spouses, Brandon Ayers and Tara, Heather Honea and Brian, and Chasity “Choo Choo” Snow; one great-grandchild, Skyler Snow, family member, Randi Stanley.  No formal service will be held at this time. Moody Funeral Services is serving the family.
