Jeffery Lee Swafford

Mr. Jeffery Lee Swafford, age 59, of Lowgap, NC passed away on Tuesday morning at his home.  He was born in McDowell County, NC on November 25, 1959, to the late Somey Lee Swafford and the late Charlotte Rose Wright Swafford.   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Dean Swafford.  He was a member of Westside Baptist Church and was a disabled CNA.  Surviving is his wife Donna A. Atkins Swafford; step-children, Bryant Harris, Ritchie and Tabitha Harris, Rachel Bartlett; four grandchildren; one great-grandson; sisters and brothers-in-law, Catherine and Larry Blake, Amy and Josh Parker, April Seaman; brothers and sister-in-law, Robert and Melanie Swafford, Alan Swafford.  A church conducted memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 15, 2019, at Westside Baptist Church, the family will receive friends after the service at the church.  Rev. Steve Johnson will conduct the service.  Moody-Davis Funeral Home is serving the Swafford family. There will be no services held at the funeral home.
