Jeffrey Paul Haynes

Mr. Jeffrey Paul Haynes, 45, of 195 Blue Meadow Lane, Mount Airy, passed away Monday, April 11, 2011. Mr. Haynes was born November 1, 1965, in Surry County, to Dixie Ray and Betty Ruth Ferguson Haynes. He was a self-employed contractor and a taxidermist. Surviving are his daughter, Brittney Haynes of Mount Airy; "his soon to be granddaughter"; the mother of his daughter, Ann Haynes of Mount Airy; his parents, Dixie Ray and Betty Ruth Ferguson Haynes; his fiancée, Lisa Hooker, and her children, Heather Hooker and Jarrod Hooker, all of Mount Airy; a sister and brother-in-law, Rhonda Lynn and Roger McKinney of Pinnacle; a brother, Andy Haynes; a nephew, Coy McKinney of Pinnacle; and a special friend, Mark Johnson of Mount Airy. The family will receive friends Thursday, April 14, 2011, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy. The family will have a graveside service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations go to help the family with the funeral expenses.
